The year is 2022, the UK's departure from the EU has been completed. With economic fallout seemingly avoided, an historic conference has been called to propose the federation of the EU. The EU-27 assemble in what may be a fiery debate, with states' positions bedded in the present-day reality. Normal rules of procedure apply.
